about michelle
Hello — I’m Michelle.
For eight years, I served as Chapter Director for a Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) community. When I began, there were 18 members. When I left, there were more than 120 CEOs and Presidents.
My title wasn’t flashy. My work was operational.
Board coordination. Financial tracking. Vendor management. Member communication. Retreat logistics. Managing strong personalities and very full calendars.
It required steadiness, follow-through and loads of discretion,
And it reinforced something I’ve seen again and again: strong structure makes everything else possible.
I’ve also worked in real estate, commercial construction, the coaching industry, and the travel industry — supporting entrepreneurs and growing organizations behind the scenes.
Different industries. Same role. I was the one making sure the foundation could hold what they were building.
Over time, I realized something about myself. I don’t want to be in the spotlight — but I do need things to run well.
I’ve also learned what happens when one person tries to carry every moving piece. It leads to burnout. And I don’t believe meaningful work should require that.
If you’re building something with heart and purpose behind it — something that genuinely serves people — I care about that. I want your operations to reflect the same steadiness and intention that you bring to your mission.
I believe businesses can grow without chaos.
They can be organized without being rigid.
They can succeed without being driven by constant hustle.
When I commit to something, it gets handled.
Today, I provide virtual operations support to entrepreneurs and community-based organizations who are doing meaningful work and want steady, aligned support behind the scenes.
I bring calm to the moving pieces.
And I take pride in making things run smoothly — without drama, without pressure, and without losing sight of what matters most.
The Personal Side
I’m deeply committed to my family and protective of my time.
Mother to two grown, married sons, bonus mom to three more, grandmother to three — and in what can only be described as divine humor, mother again to our spirited daughter born in 2017. She keeps us young, or tired, it depends on the day.
I’ve lived most of my life in Utah, with seasons in Anaheim and Las Vegas. I now also bounce between Phoenix, AZ and Missoula, MT to stay close to my sons and their wives. I love to travel with my family, go camping, cook from scratch, and serve in my community. You will find a fresh loaf of fresh milled or sourdough bread, along with my favorite chocolate chip cookies, on my kitchen counter most days. I enjoy cooking and have learned it is my love language to others!
I’ve been obsessed with horses for as long as I can remember. I will take any opportunity to be near them.
My mother is from southern Sweden, so I’ve been blessed to go there many times. Dream trip would be to spend an entire summer in Europe!
I believe good work should enhance life — not compete with it. That belief shapes how I build my business.
