about michelle
Hello — I’m Michelle.
I work as an Executive Partner to thoughtful, high-performing individuals—managing the details of both their personal and professional lives so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
My role is to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to the moving pieces that can quickly become overwhelming, allowing you to stay focused on what matters most.
My Background: For eight years, I served as Chapter Director for a Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) community. When I began, there were 18 members. When I left, there were more than 110+ CEOs and Presidents including their involved spouse/partners.
That role required discretion, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex logistics across very full schedules and high-level personalities. I oversaw board coordination, financial tracking, vendor management, member communication, and retreat logistics—ensuring everything operated smoothly behind the scenes.
Through that experience, I gained a clear view into how much high-performing individuals are managing every day.
What I realized over time, though, is that my favorite work isn’t just supporting organizations—it’s working closely with one person.
Earlier in my career, I supported the SVP of a real estate development company, and I found that I naturally thrive in that kind of partnership. I enjoy getting to know how someone thinks, what matters to them, and how they operate—so I can anticipate needs, stay a step ahead, and create a level of trust and reliability they can truly count on.
I’ve also worked across real estate, commercial construction, the coaching industry, and travel—supporting fast-moving environments where attention to detail and follow-through matter.
How I Work: Over time, I’ve seen what happens when one person tries to carry everything. It leads to overwhelm, missed details, and eventually burnout.
I don’t believe meaningful work should require that. I operate in a proactive, high-trust partnership—anticipating needs, managing logistics, and creating structure so you don’t have to think about what’s next. My goal is simple: to bring calm to the moving pieces and ensure what needs to get done is handled thoughtfully and well.
I’m drawn to working with grounded, respectful leaders who care about what they’re building and how they build it. People who value trust, clear communication, and a thoughtful approach to both life and work. The strongest partnerships are collaborative—where there’s space to learn, adapt, and create a rhythm that works well for both of us.
And I take pride in making things run smoothly — without drama, without pressure, and without losing sight of what matters most.
The Personal Side
I’m deeply committed to my family and protective of my time.
Mother to two grown, married sons, bonus mom to three more, grandmother to three—and in what can only be described as divine humor, mother again to our spirited daughter born in 2017. She keeps us young, or tired, depending on the day.
I’ve lived most of my life in Utah, with seasons in Anaheim and Las Vegas, and now spend time between Phoenix and Missoula to stay close to family.
I love to travel, camp, cook from scratch, and serve in my community. You’ll usually find fresh milled or sourdough bread—and chocolate chip cookies—on my kitchen counter. Cooking has become one of the ways I care for the people around me.
I’ve been obsessed with horses for as long as I can remember and will take any opportunity to be near them.
My mother is from southern Sweden, and I’ve been fortunate to spend time there over the years. A full summer in Europe is still on my list.
I believe good work should enhance life—not compete with it. That belief shapes how I support the people I work with and how I build my business.

During the time she worked for me she was over my social media, group/incentive trips as well as helping with customer service. Michelle has excelled in this role, exhibiting one of the highest levels of productivity I have seen in an employee during my 30 years of running my agency. Michelle produces a high volume of work while consistently maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy. Michelle possesses the ultimate "can do" attitude while taking on all tasks with a positive energy and a smile. Her upbeat personality and engaging personal style enable her to interact effectively with clients and staff. She is very well organized and keeps track of the details necessary to coordinate events of this kind and run an efficient office. Proactive in anticipating rising administrative needs, she takes initiative to go beyond the expected parameters of her job.
All the intangibles that lead to success in the workplace are in order with Michelle. There will be no unpleasant surprises and I am confident she will fit in and add to office morale. I am very grateful for her contributions to our office and very confident that she has the intelligence, work ethic, and communications skills to add value wherever she works.
